The 3 Values

The 3 values are essentially like a constitution, determining how the community is structured. they are to be followed at all times.

1. Respect
The community must respect the staff, and the staff must respect the community back. If an admin makes a decision, the community must respect it.

2. Community
Moorgames is a community by the community. The community is not to have an established owner, nor is any server run by the community. Major changes are not to be made without consulting the community first.

3. Fairness
All admins must make fair decisions, and never abuse. All server must be well-balanced. All servers must be fair to new players. On group-bases servers, one group becoming overpowered must be prevented. Admins must never use their power to their advantage.
